미국에서 왕성한 활동을 하고 있는 전문 작가. 『Zak and Wheezie Clean Up』, 『Raining Cats and Dogs』 등 다수의 어린이 그림책을 출간 하였으며 『캐리비안의 해적(Pirates of the Caribbean)』 시리즈, 『인크레더블(The Incredibles)』, 『Meet the Robinsons』, 『Chicken Little』, 『월 E(WALL-E)』 등의 영화를 소설화하여 많은 사랑을 받았다.
