미네소타 대학도서관 사서이다. "Library Resources Service"와 "Technical Information Forum for the Library Service Practitioner"의 편집을 맡고 있다. 『New Directions in Technical Services: Trends and Sources』(1993~1995), 『The Searchable Internet Bibliography: An Im-Disk Annotated Guide to Timely Materials about the Internet』(ALA,1996),『Collection Management and Development: Issues in an Electronic Era(coedited with Bonnie MacEwan: ALA,1994』를 포함한 6권의 책을 저술 또는 편집하였다.
