한국폴리텍대학 시스템기계과 교수(30년)로 한국폴리텍대학 인재원에서 8년 6개월간(2009.03~ 2017.08) 리더십 교육 및 프로그램 개발, 인문학 강의를 진행하였다.
특히 리더십 강사(7H, 피닉스리더십)로 재학생 대상 ‘7H’, ‘리더십 개발’, ‘대인관계 능력개발’, ‘창의력 개발’ 등을 강의하고 프로그램을 개발하였다.
우리 학생들에게 알맞은 프로그램에 대해 고민하던 중 태극기에 관심을 갖게 되었고 태극을 소재로 하는 한 권의 저서와 두 편의 논문을 발표하였고 2년간 노력으로 이 책을 출간한다.

I am Professor Hong-rae Kim (30 years) at the Korea Polytechnic University System Engineering Department.
I taught leadership education and program development and humanities lectures at Korea Polytechnic University Human Resources Institute for 8 years and 6 months (2009.03~2017.08).
Particularly, 7H, Leadership Development, Interpersonal Skill Development, and Creativity Development were taught by the Leadership Lecturer (7H, Phoenix Leadership).
I was interested in Taegeukgi while I was thinking about the right program for our students. I published one book and two papers about Taegeuk.
And I will publish this book in two years effort.
