서울대학교 대학원 기술경영경제정책 협동과정에서 박사학위를 받고 University of Southern California에서 박사후과정을 한 후 현재 경희대학교 테크노경영대학원에서 기술경영, 기술정책, AI 관련한 교육과 연구를 하며 부교수로 재직하고 있다. 논문으로 “A Holistic Analysis Approach to Social, Technical and Socio-Technical Aspect of E-Government Development”, “ICT Diffusion as a Determinant of Human Progress”, “An Analysis of CSR on Firm Financial Performance in Stakeholder Perspectives”, “Polarized Labor Demand Owing to Routine-biased Technological Change”, 「중소기업의 연구개발 조직 및 투자가 기업성과에 미치는 영향 연구」, 「중소기업의 지식공유 활동이 기업성과에 미치는 영향」, 「블록체인 기반의 특허거래 시스템 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구」, 「ISO 품질 경영시스템이 생산성 향상과 원가절감에 미치는 영향」 등이 있고, 저서로 『디지털 전환시대의 산업기술정책 현안 연구』, Industry 4.0 and Circular Economy가 있다.
