서울대학교 전기컴퓨터공학부 석사, 건국대학교 전자정보통신대학 박사과정을 수료하였으며, 삼성전자, 엘지전자, Visionox 등에서 디스플레이 엔지니어로 24년간 근무하였다. 현재는 엔지온 기술고문과 가천대학교 반도체디스플레이학과 겸임교수로 재직 중이다.

Moon Kook Chul has served as a display engineer for 24 years at Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, and Visionox. Moon is currently technical advisor to EngiOn, and adjunct professor for the Department of Semiconductors and Displays at Gachon University.
