Charles first started getting into coffee after living in Melbourne and Auckland for four years, before working in international trade and travelling extensively across USA, Canada, Japan and lastly South Korea. Unlike more widely visited “coffee cities” Melbourne, London or Tokyo, Seoul is relatively unexplored, so Charles started this project with the aim of narrowing this gap, revealing to readers and visitors one of the world’s most unique coffee cultures.
