Scott Hershovitz
미시간 대학교의 법과 윤리 프로그램 책임자이자 법학 및 철학과 교수. 조지아 대학교에서 철학 및 정치학으로 학사 학위를, 예일 대학교 로스쿨에서 법학박사 학위를, 옥스퍼드 대학교에서 철학박사 학위를 받았다. 이후 미연방대법원 루스 베이더 긴즈버그 대법관의 법률 서기를 지냈다. 2009년에 법철학자 로널드 드워킨의 연구를 다룬 책인 《법의 제국을 탐사하기(Exploring Law's Empire)》를 편집하였으며, 현재 법과 도덕의 관계를 다룬 신간을 준비하고 있다. 사회봉사가인 아내 줄리, 두 아이 렉스와 행크, 그리고 강아지 베일리와 함께 앤아버에 거주 중이다.
