대학과 대학원에서 영문학과 영어교육을 전공하고 고등학교 영어 교사로 근무해왔다. 천 권 이상의 책을 읽고 사색했다. 출간한 소설로는 영어 소설 『The Anchor』와 한글 소설 『마네킹』, 『자귀나무꽃이 필 때』가 있다. 영어 번역서로 소설 『When Silk Tree Flowers Blossom』이 있다.

She majored in English literature and English education at university and at graduate school and has worked as a high school English teacher. She read more than a thousand books and contemplated. Her published novels include the English novel 『The Anchor』 and the Korean novels 『Mannequin』, and 『When Silk Tree Flowers Blossom』. Her English translated novel is 『When Silk Tree Flowers Blossom』.
