1998년 로스쿨을 졸업한 뒤 기술 회사와 비영리 단체 등에서 경력을 쌓았다. 이후 기업 코칭 전문 기업 에미스Emyth에서 CEO이자 CBO(최고 브랜드 관리자)로 근무하며 다국적 비즈니스 코칭 브랜드로 성장시켰다.
20년 간 본인의 직업적 정체성을 ‘비즈니스 개발 전문가’로 정의할지 ‘개인 성장 전문가’로 규정할지 고민하다가 양자택일을 그만두고 양쪽 모두에서 커리어를 쌓기로 결심했다. 현재는 사업가, 경영진, 팀장급 중간관리자 등에게 ‘권위 있는 리더가 되는 법’을 트레이닝하는 온라인 스타트업 ‘리파운드Refound’를 운영하고 있다.
