이스라엘 히브리대학교(The Hebrew University of Jerusalem) 정치외교학부 교수. 히브리대 정치외교학부를 졸업하고 미국 컬럼비아대학교에서 정치학 박사학위를 취득하였다. 2005년부터 히브리대 정치외교학부 교수로 재직하고 있다. 연구분야는 정당, 선거, 의회, 비교정치이다. 현재 Party Politics, International Political Science Review, Journal of Legislative Studies의 편집위원과 ECPR의 집행위원으로 활동하고 있다. Cohesion and Discipline in Legislatures: Political Parties, Party Leadership, Parliamentary Committees and Governance(2013) 외 다수의 저서 및 논문이 있다.
