Use a sufficient quantity of threads in a single session (more than 100 threads possible). 2. Inform the patient in advance that for about 3 to 7 days after the procedure, they may experience a foreign body sensation, pain, or discomfort, and that in very rare cases, the thread may be pushed out of the body. 3. Combine with pharmacopuncture treatment to aid hydrolysis and provide moisture to soft tissues. 4. Considering tissue response, recovery, and minimization of side effects, perform thread embedding once every 2 to 3 weeks, and up to 10 or more sessions depending on symptom severity. 5. Supplement the treatment with weekly patient monitoring and pharmacopuncture or acupuncture sessions one to two times per week. |
