After reading the book, the summary is quite simple. Human endeavor should not stop because we can reach a new summit. And there is (almost) no limit in human capabilities unless we stop. Simply putting 10,000 hrs would not be sufficient if you do not spend 10,000 hrs carefully in a focused way.

I could not agree with the author more on the issue. It is a good insight in learning. However, the book is a bit lengthy to convey such a simple message.
