귀여운 아기 북극곰이 오로라를 기다리는 과정도 너무 귀엽고,

그 과정을 너그럽고 여유롭게 지켜보는 북극곰 부모도 좋다.

마지막에 나오는 오로라 그림은 빤짝이 안료를 덧칠해서(내가 좋아하는 것) 진짜 오로라처럼 빛나게 표현했다.

 "Why do I always have to go to bed early?' asked Rory. "I'm not tired."
"Soon we'll stay up late and ssee the magic sky," said Mum. "But right now it's time to go to sleep."

The next morning when Rory woke up, he was very excited.
"When will we see the magic sky?" he asked.
"After five more bedtimes," said Mum. " we have to go fishing first."

Dad took Rory fishing on the ice.
Rory waited a long time but he didn't catch any fish.

The next day Rory said, "When will we see the magic sky?"
"Not for four more bedtimes," said Dad. "We have lots of work to do first."
So Dad took Rory outside to collect some wood.
"You are a very strong bear!" he laughed, as they walked home.

When Rory worke up the next morning, he said, " When will we see the magic sky?"
"After three more bedtimes," said Mum. "You've got plenty of time to play your friends first."
So Rory played... and played... and played.
Sledging was the most fun! wheeeeee!

When Rory woke up the next morning, he said, "When will we see the magic sky?"
"Not for two more bedtimes," said Mum. "There's time for us to go exploring first."
Mum and Rory walked and ran until their legs
were worn out. They saw lots of wonderful things.
