We are used to the concept of 'Globalisation, Free Market', which has been causing many problems around the whole world such as the fiercest competition, stagnant economies, job insecurity, etc. in the economic history. To make matters worse, we, as human beings who are susceptible, tend to believe the notion and the system is inevitable in this technological world, although it cannot be the truth.

Mr Chang begins with a critical myth that we will have to do away with, which is that there is a free market that enables us to improve our standards of living. This is the point where he sets to work, trying to break the myths by illustrating examples of developed countries and reasoning his views as in the way of other works he has showed so far. It reminded me of Malcom Gladwell from time to time in the manner of concise, logic and clear expressions. 

It is the book in line with his previous works. It is so readable, well-organised and evev sensational that I really want to recommend it to those who try to realise the world.
