by oneself - I want to do it by myself.

suggest - "You can go on my house!" suggested the General.

set off- And so, the Little Princess set off, all by herself...and soon found a beautiful place to camp.

go off - So, when the Little Princess went off to find something to use as a tent, the Prime Minister secretly set up his for her.

forgetful / must have p.p.

- "I must have brought a tent after all. I am SO forgetful. I think I will make supper."

tin opener - but when she looked in her bags, she found that she had forgotten a tin opener.

as well - She had forgotten a tin as well, so she went to look for something to eat.

while she is away - Whil she was away, the Cook made a wonderful supper ready for her return.

tasty - Althogh she could not remember making it, it was very tasty.

sleep on - While she was away, looking for something to sleep on... the Maid made up a lovely camp bed.

tumble - So the Little Princess tumbled into bed, and fell into a happy sleep.

would have p.p. /cuddle

- She would have cuddled Gilbert, if she had remembered to bring him.

spot - Then she spotted them, under a bush.

as - As there was NOTHING to do , the Little Princess packed her bags and set off home.

자기 혼자 하겠다고 하는 이 표현을 아이들이 많이 하면 할 수록 어머니들은 몸이 편할 것이다. 단 아이가 뒷손질이 더 많이 가게 하지 않는다면 말이다. 역시나 여러가지 좋은 표현들이 많고 그림 또한 귀엽가.

자기 혼자 캠핑을 떠난 공주를 시중들이 몰래 뒤에 숨어서 공주가 필요한 모든 것을 몰래 다 해준다는 데 있다. 하지만 꼬마 공주는 그 사실을 눈치 채지 못한다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 어떻게 그럴 수가 있을까 하지만 .. 이 모든 상황을 귀엽게 나타내고 있다.
