한국과학기술원 경영과학과 경영공학 석사와 Lancaster 대학교 회계 및 재무학 박사이다. 현재 성균관대학교 경영대학 교수이며 저서 및 논문으로 『회계와 사회(신영사, 2020)』,『IFRS 경영분석과 가치평가(신영사, 2015)』,「Residual income-based equity valuation(LAMBERT Academic Publishing, 2010)」, 「Conservative accounting and linear information valuation models」, 「Disagreement over the persistence of earnings components」이 있다.
