Baek Jin-woo is a Professor of Korean Language and Literature at Sogang University. He co-authored Geumdae igahwan yeongu (A Study of Geumdae Yi Ga-hwan) and authored numerous articles, including, “Hana-ui sageon, eotgallin siseon, ne pyeon-ui girok: gwanbuk-ui jossi yeolnyeo-reul dulleossan girok-gwa haeseok” (One Incident, Diverging Perspectives, and Four Records: Accounts of Lady Jo, the Righteous Woman of Gwanbuk).
