DAKHUMENT는 경희대학교 건축학과의 교육과 연구, 설계 활동이 함께 생성되는 과정을 하나의 프로젝트로 기록하는 집단적 저자이다. 특정 개인이나 역할을 중심에 두지 않고, 수업과 스튜디오, 연구와 실험, 토론과 제작이 얽혀 형성되는 교육 환경 전체를 기록의 주체로 설정한다. 첫 번째 DAKHUMENT 24-25는 김동일 교수를 중심으로 기획·편집되었으며, DAKHUMENT는 이러한 공동의 실천을 통해 학교라는 제도가 질문을 만들고 방법을 시험하며 사고를 축적해 가는 과정을 아카이빙한다. 매년 갱신되는 이 연간 기록은 경희대학교 건축학과의 교육과 연구가 어떻게 이어지고 변형되는지를 지속적으로 추적한다.
DAKHUMENT is a collective author that records the processes through which architectural education, research, and design practices are jointly produced at the Department of Architecture, Kyung Hee University. It does not privilege individual authorship or fixed roles, but defines the educational environment itself?formed through studios, courses, research, experimentation, discussion, and making?as the subject of record. The 2024?2025 volume was planned and edited under the coordination of Editorial Board. Updated annually, DAKHUMENT traces how the department’s educational and research practices are accumulated, reconfigured, and carried forward over time.
