Haesoo Lee is a research professor at the Media Convergence Research Institute at Sogang University. She earned her Ph.D. in Cultural Studies from the same university with a dissertation on the media practices of people with disabilities. Her current research explores the intersections of media, space, the body, and memory. She also serves on the editorial board of the critical cultural theory journal Culture/Science.
