This book is the first implant book written by Dr. Young-sam Kim, covering the history of implants, criterias for choosing implants, and various cases in one volume. In addition, the author describes each cases directly and clearly in a unique style with his implant philosphy (Easy, Simple, Safe, Efficient, ESSE).

Also, as can be seen from the title of ‘Dr. Youngsam Kim's clinical notes’, various elements such as points to be emphasized in each case, disappointing points, and behind-the-scenes stories are arranged to arouse readers' interest and make it possible to go over the core of each case. In addition, clinical photos and illustrations over the flow of treatment are included to help easily understand over the actual clinical flow.

Although this book is an implant-specialized book, it has an autobiographical tendency in that it contains the author’s dental hisotry intact. This is expected to be helpful not only to practitioners who start implants for the first time, but also to experienced clinicians who could have a grasp of the author’s experience realistically and apply the experience usefully in actual clinical practice.
