STEPHANE DUGUIN is the CEO of Protect.ngo, an international nonprofit focused on defending vulnerable communities against cyber threats across healthcare, education, and humanitarian services. A former senior expert at Europol who helped shape the European Union’s cybercrime strategy, Duguin has spent over two decades working at the intersection of technology, policy, and human rights, and has represented Protect.ngo at the United Nations.
