AMY K. GIELLA, PMP, is a Project Manager at Northwestern University in the Department of Medical Social Sciences with over 10 years of experience in psychological and educational test development.

ERICA M. LAFORTE, PhD, is a psychometrician with more than 25 years of experience in the field of clinical test development. She served on the scientific team for the NIH Toolbox Version 3 at Northwestern University, and is a co-author of the Woodcock-Johnson V.
