About the Author

Kyoungkeun Oh currently serves as a professor in the Department of Global AI Convergence at Seoil University, where he teaches and conducts research on the practical application of generative AI, AI literacy, interdisciplinary education, prompt design, and multi-AI workflows. In particular, he explores effective ways to apply various generative AI tools—including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, NotebookLM, and Claude—to education, research, professional work, and content creation. He is also committed to developing educational frameworks that enable people from diverse backgrounds to understand AI and use it responsibly.

At the same time, as a practical theologian, he has devoted himself to academic and pastoral work that connects theology and technology, humanity and spirituality, and the church and the civilization of the future. Through his graduate studies in theology, he examined the humanities and practical theology. He continues his research and writing with the conviction that, as technology advances more rapidly, human dignity, spirituality, and the essential value of community must be protected more clearly and firmly.

For the past thirty years, he has also served as the senior pastor of a local church. Throughout his ministry, he has sought to preserve the unchanging essence of the gospel while exploring new pastoral methods appropriate to changing times. Rather than viewing education and ministry, or technology and the humanities, as separate fields, he approaches them from an integrated perspective that seeks to make human life richer, more meaningful, and more responsible.
