Janis Teruggi Page is Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Illinois-Chicago. A two-time Fulbright awardee in visual culture, she brings prior corporate experience in advertising, marketing, and creative services to her academic work. Her research in visual theory and methodologies has been presented or published in more than 60 academic conferences and refereed journals. She is also an established abstract artist who trained at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
