ABDULLAH ALKAFF, Professor, Laboratory of Systems and Cybernetics, Electrical Engineering Department, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia. Prior to that, he was a Lecturer at the University of Florida, USA, Assistant Professor at Syracuse University, USA, Project Director for the design and implementation of country-wide radar integration, integrated maritime surveillance system for the Strait of Malacca, and national education data center, and advisor to ministers of ICT and Educations. Professor Alkaff holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, USA.
