Sasang Constitutional Medicine and Clinical Application
Sasang constitutional medicine is a representative theory of Korean medicine. Founded by Dr. Lee, Jema, Sasang constitutional medicine has been handed down through exertions of many scholars including Prof. Hong, Soonyong, Prof. Roh, Jungwoo, Prof. Yom, Taehwan, Prof. Song, Ilbyung and many more. For more than 40 years since 1979, efforts have been made by the author for proper understanding and development of this field. In addition, dedication was made in the study through medical treatment with clinical application, research, and education. As the society diversifies in terms of individual characteristics, differences of physical response to food and medicine, various mind control methods, and efficient harmonizing methods of social adaptation, Sasang constitutional medicine on therapeutic process and human relations will become even more influential. Considering that Dr. Lee, Jema informed us of such importance through Sasang constitutional medicine, this book can be of value to scholars and clinicians specializing this area. |
