While practicing various activities and meditation in the Himalayas and the Osho Center in India, the author heads to Sri Lanka to pursue the flow of the natural existence. In December 1996, he finally purifies four seals and experiences enlightenment at the temple in the mountain of Sri-Lanka.
Since 2010, he has been posting on his blog about his insights of daily life, meditation and Four Pillars of Destiny (it’s called Saju in Korean) under his pen name: Eagle of Wind. He lectures on Saju every week and also regularly holds meditation camps to spread various ways of practice, including the Four Seals Purification, Jisik-breathing, Walking meditation, etc.
This book is a compilation of the writings on his blog Saju, Destiny, and the Invitation to Zen. More than 6,000 articles are posted on the blog, and so far, the number of views alone has exceeded 25.74 million, making it a power blog.
