런던비즈니스스쿨의 전략적국제경영학(Strategic and International Management) 교수이자 경영혁신연구소(MLab)의 공동 창설자이다. 대기업의 기업가 정신과 혁신을 촉진시키는 방면에서의 권위자로 『인벤처링(Inventuring)』, 『글로벌 기업의 기업가정신(Entrepreneurship in the Global Firm)』, 『스벤 예란 에릭손의 리더십 방식(Leadership the Sven-Goran Eriksson Way)』을 비롯해 10권의 책을 집필했다.
