저자 소개

"Theresa Hyun is a professor in the Department of
Humanities at York University in Toronto, Canada. Her scholarly
writing focuses on Translation, Feminism, North and South Korean
Children’s Literature and Korean poetry in the Colonial Period. She
has published two volumes of Korean poetry with Siwa Sihak (Poetry
and Poetics) Seoul, Korea. Her third volume of Korean poetry will
? Authors 13
be published by Siwa Sihak in the fall of 2024. She is a member of Siwa Sihak Literary Association and was recommended by poet Ko Un.

Daniel Pieper is the Korea Foundation Lecturer in Korean Studies at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. His forthcoming monograph from University of Toronto Press is titled Cosmopolitan Memories, Vernacular Visions: The Roots of Modern Korean and explores the birth of vernacular Korean language class in emergent modern schools. His future research examines language policy and planning in the post-liberation era and the establishment of pluricentric Korean.
Thomas R. Klassen is a professor in the School of Public
Policy and Administration at York University in Toronto, Canada.
He has written extensively on topics related to the Korean peninsula."
