Zhou Hu is member of the Standing Committee of the CPC and the head of Publicity Department of Xiufeng District, Guilin City, Guangxi Province. He has been engaged in the governance of culture and tourism affairs, Lijiang River Scenic Zone, etiquette and ethical standards improvement, urban transportation, and business, etc. In the project of upgrading Guilin to a world-class tourist city, he headed the construction of the Guilin Stone-Carving-featured blocks on Long Yin Road in Qixing District, the “One Meter Lijiang River” in Pingle County, the “Ancient Capital Site of the Xi’ou Kingdom of the pre-Qin Dynasty time” and other attractions. Out of his interest in and based on his research on Guilin history and culture, he wrote texts and music content such as Old Stories of Guilin in the Ancient Classics, History Told by the Stones, and Between the Mountains and Water, East of the Lijiang River, which were published on a number of online media.

Yang Baochen, currently assistant to the dean of Foreign Studies College of Guangxi Normal University, has participated in several provincial and ministerial level research projects and co-authored three books. The application materials written by him as the main author won a 3rd prize granted by the Ministry of Education and two provincial 1st prizes for college culture achievements. He is also the key member of a ministerial-level incubation project of college students’ internet culture studio and a key pilot project sponsored by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. He is mainly engaged in higher education management and Chinese culture research.
