Michael McCullough

마이클 맥컬러프는 캘리포니아대학교 샌디에이고 캠퍼스의 심리학 교수로, 진화 및 인간 행동 연구소 소장직을 맡고 있다. 그는 플로리다대학교를 졸업했으며, 버지니아커먼웰스대학교에서 심리학 석사, 박사 학위를 받았다. 그는 미국심리학회와 성격 및 사회심리학 협회의 회원이며, 활발한 연구와 저술 활동으로 미국심리학회에서 수여하는 신진연구자상과 멘토링상, 템플턴 긍정심리학상을 비롯해 많은 상과 펠로우십을 받았다. 2005년에는 학술적 공로를 인정받아 루뱅 가톨릭대학교로부터 명예박사 학위를 받기도 했다. 그의 연구 성과는 [뉴욕 타임스], [로스앤젤레스 타임스], [워싱턴 포스트] 등 각종
