경력과 학력: 다니엘 조 목사는 한국계 미국인으로서 한국 기업의 미국 현지 법인장을 역임했으며 그 후에는 뉴욕의 얼라이언스 신학대학원을 졸업하였다. Alliance Theological Seminary는 140년 전 선교사 훈련원으로 설립되어 신학대학교와 신학대학원으로 성장하였다. 미국에서 선교사를 가장 많이 배출하고 있는 학교로서 복음적이고 영적인 면에서는 가장 신뢰받는 신학교 중에 하나이다.
