한양대학교 경영대학 교수이며 경영대학장과 경영전문대원장을 겸직하고 있다. 한국윤리경영학회와 한국인사관리학회 회장을 역임했고, 현재 두 학회의 고문(전임회장)으로 봉사하고 있다.
위스콘신-메디슨 대학교(University of WisconsinMadison)에서 인적자원관리로 박사학위를 받은 후 한국노동연구원 연구위원을 지내면서 이론뿐 아니라 실무와 정부정책을 경험했다. 이후 대학으로 옮겨 인적자원관리와 리더십 분야에서 연구와 강의에 집중하는 동시에 삼성, SK, LG, 현대자동차, CJ, 포스코 등 한국을 선도하는 기업에 자문역할을 수행하고 있다. 또한 고용노동부, 기획재정부, 인사혁신처, 산업자원부 등의 정부기관에서도 자문 역할을 하고 있다

Dr. Gyu-Chang Yu is Professor at Hanyang University's School of Business and served as both the dean of the business school and the dean of the business school until June 2022. He served as president of the Korean Society for Ethical Management and the Korean Human Resources Management Association, and currently serves as an advisor(former president) of both societies. After he received his PhD in human resource management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he served as a Research Fellow at the Korea Labor Institute, where he experienced not only theory but also practice and government policy. Since then, he has moved to a university and focused on research and lectures in the fields of human resource management and leadership, while serving as an advisor to leading Korean companies such as Samsung, SK, LG, Hyundai Motor, CJ, and POSCO. He also often serves as an advisor to government agencies such as the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Personnel Management, and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

경희대학교 경영대학 교수. 서울대학교를 졸업하고 프랑스 파리 공립경영대학원(HEC)에서 경영학 박사학위(인적자원관리)를 받았다. 귀국 후 한 국노동연구원에서 5년간 사람관리의 현실적 이슈 및 정책 과제들과 씨름하며 연구했다. 우리나라 기업들의 보상관리 혁신에 대해 오래전부터 많은 관심을 가지고 새로운 대안을 모색해왔다. 이와 관련된 대표적인 저서로 《21세기형 성 과주의 임금제도》, 《일본기업 역할급》, 《노사정위 2016 임금보고서》(이상 공저) 등이 있다. 최근에는 관심의 폭을 넓혀 고령화 시대, 기술혁신 시대가 요구하는 일하는 방식의 변화와 사람관리를 다각도로 고민하며 성찰하고 있는데, 《정년 60세 시대 인사관리 이렇게 준비하자》, 《정년연장 등 노동시장 환경 변화에 대응하기 위한 인적자원관리방안》, 《직각혁신이 답이다》(이상 공저) 등이 그 결과물이다. 글로벌 시대, 기술혁명의 시대일수록 윤리가 더 중요하다는 것을 새삼 깨닫고 윤리경영에 대해서도 관심 영역을 넓히고 있으며, 학술지 《윤리 경영연구》의 편집위원장을 역임한 바 있다.

Dr. Woo-Sung Park is Professor of Management at the School of Management at the Kyung Hee University. He received his PhD in human resource management from the HEC(Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in France. Prior to joining the Kyung Hee University, he served on the research faculties of Korea Labor Institute, a leading national institute of research in labor policy. Believing that people are source of fundamental competitiveness, he has been actively doing researches on the theories and practices of people management for 30 years, and published many papers and books. He is now focusing himself on HR strategy in the aging era and the technological revolution. He has published 「4th Industrial Revolution: Changing Work and Management」 (co-author) and has published a number of papers on human resource management in the age of artificial intelligence. He provides HR advice to major Korean groups such as SK, Samsung, LG, and Lotte, while making efforts to develop the leadership of their talent. He is also very interested in corporate social responsibility and ethical management. He has served as the president of the Korea Ethical Management Association.
