Cagri Erdem is a teacher,author, and lecturer in the fields of international relations/security andpolitical geography. He received his Licencedegree in Administration Economique et Sociale (AES) from Universite deMontpellier-Ⅲ, France. Erdem continued his education in California, obtaining his BA and MA in International Relations at San Francisco State University. Next, he received his Ph.D. in political science from Syracuse University of New York.

In his university career, he has been a professor/visiting lecturer of international relations at various universities across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Northeast Asia with a lifelong commitment to education improvement. In addition, he participated in various specific certificate programs, such as Russian culture and language training at Moscow Lomonosov State University (2002) and Afghan culture and language at the University of Nebraska-Omaha (2008).

Before moving to the Republic of Korea in 2015, Erdem worked at British Aerospace Engineering (BAE) Systems as asocial scientist focusing on Iraq and Afghanistan (2008-09) and in Istanbul, Turkey as an assistant professor (2010-15). Currently, he is teaching courses on
international security and geopolitics at Keimyung University. He lives in Daegu, South Korea.

서정수 교수는 2007년 하반기부터 대구 계명대학교 경제통상학부 국제통상학전공에 재직하고 있다. 서울대학교 국제경제학과를 졸업한 후, 호주 뉴사우스웨일스 대학교 경제학부에서 석사와 박사학위 취득 후 2007년 상반기까지 호주 캔버라의 국방대학(Australian Defence Force Academy) 비즈니스 학부(School of Business)에서 교수로 재직하였다. 외국인 직접투자와 무역, 해운물류와 무역, FTA와 FTA의 활용이 한국의 산업경쟁력에 미치는 영향 등의 국제경제학과 국제지역학 관련 분야가 주된 연구 관심 분야로 해당 분야에 여러 편의 논문을 발표하였으며 다수의 편서와 역서 발간 등의 연구 활동을 수행하였다. 2011년부터 2020년 2월까지 계명대학교에서 국제협력단장, KAC 학장 등을 역임하였고, 2014년부터 실크로드에 관심을 가지고 계명대학교 실크로드 중앙아시아연구원에 몸을 담았으며 2015년~2019년 부원장과 원장직무를 수행하였다.

Jung Soo Seo is associate professor of international economics and affiliated with School of Economics and International Commerce (International commerce major), Keimyung University since 2007. He obtained his BA (Economics) from Seoul National University, Korea, and M.Com and Ph.D from School of Economics, the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney Australia. Before joining Keimyung University, he has taught at School of Business, UNSW @ the Australian Defence Force Academy, Canberra Australia, UNSW Sydney, and University of Wollongong, Australia. He publishes on his research works on foreign direct investment and trade, shipping industry, and regional economies, especially with a focus on the countries along the Silk Road. He has served various positions on campus, committees on and off campus Keimyung University. He currently serves as Dean of Keimyung Adams College, Keimyung University.

Choo Hui Julia Park received a Master in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Administration of Business (Marketing) from SungKyunKwan University in Korea. She is an assistant professor at the Department of International Business, Keimyung Adams College of Keimyung University, and teaching marketing courses. In 2018, she received the best presentation paper award and the best paper award from the Korea Marketing Management Association and Korea Management Association. Her current research interests are consumer behavior on online and marketing strategies. While currently serving as chair of the department, she also engages actively with the NGO group of Green Tree International and African Leadership in Korea to support underdeveloped countries.
