Eunkyung Lee

Continuing the Egg Tempera series, Eunkyung Lee has been researching material states and the time of pigments that can contribute to the surface, and experimenting on the structure of the painting. Lee has held solo exhibitions such as Indexing Long Events (WWNN, Seoul, KR, 2024), Placeholder (Placemak, Seoul, KR, 2020), and Mysterious Continuum (Thisweekend Room, Seoul, KR, 2017), and participated in and co-organized numerous group exhibitions such as Hand to EYE (BOL Gallery, Singapore, 2023) and Colour and Poetry (Slade Research Center, 2019). She graduated from the Department of Painting at Seoul National University and majored in painting at Slade (UCL). She has recently completed the doctoral program in the college of Arts at Seoul National University.

Jusun Woo

Jusun Woo graduated from School of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Seoul National University in 2009 with Ph.D. on depositional environments of the Cambrian-Ordovician strata of Korean Peninsula and Shandong, China. Then he worked for Korea Polar Research Institute and led geologic field camps to Antarctica and Arctic area. He returned to his alma mater as a professor in sedimentary geology in 2019 and is working on evolution of sedimentary basins in Korea and adjacent regions.

Sooyoung Leam

Sooyoung Leam is an art historian and curator based in Seoul. She specializes in modern and contemporary art with a particular focus on East Asia. Her ongoing research on archives explores intersections between sculpture, performance and politics. She studied History of Art at Cambridge University and completed her PhD at the Courtauld Institute of Art. Her written work has been published in numerous academic journals and edited volumes. Her recent curatorial projects include the 14th Gwangju Biennale (Gwangju, 2023), Spirals, Loops, Mutants (Shanghai, 2023) and To A Faraway Friend: Beyond Afro-Southeast Asian Affinities (Busan, 2022). Sooyoung teaches at Seoul National University and Kyunghee University.
