도서 발송 불가사유 중 책곰팡이
안녕하세요.
보유하고 있는 도서중에 보유기간이 오래된 도서중 책곰팡이가 간간히 있는 상황이 있습니다.
많은 도서들이 별도의 보관처에 있어서 주 1회 정도 주문된 도서와 도서 상태 점검을 하곤 합니다.
제가 다른 판매자보다 발송이 좀 늦은 주된 이유기도 하구요...
그런데 재고리스트에 있어 발송대기로 전환을 하고 막상 발송을 하려는데 곰팡이가 있는 상황이면 부득이 발송을 중지하고 주문을 취소해 드립니다.
책곰팡이는 다른 보유하시는 장서에도 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
그래서 저도 발생하는 즉시 그 주위의 도서에 대해서는 다 확인을 하고 부득이 같이 폐기를 하기도 해요.
발송하기로 하고서는 왜 안하냐는 항의를 요즘 종종 받아 노파심에 긴 하소연 하나 남깁니다.

신학기라 대학교재의 주문이 많습니다.
교재는 보통 새책의 경우 비닐에 싸여 있습니다.
촬영이나 복사를 방지하기 위해서죠.
그러나 중고도서의 경우 그렇지 못합니다.
수령후 변심으로 인한 반품은 접수하지 않습니다.
구매시 신중하게 구매 부탁드립니다.
그리고 외국도서는 대체로 제가 재고를 갖고 있는게 아니라 연계되어 있는 업체와 협의하여 주문을 처리하곤 합니다.
중간에 주문취소는 제게 손해가 커서 주문후 취소는 불가함을 알려드립니다.
