예일대학교를 Summa Cum Laude로 졸업한 데버러 로우드는 미국에서 법 윤리를 이야기할 때 결코 빼놓을 수 없는 지도자이며, 남녀문제, 법률 및 공공정책 분야에서 가장 주도적인 지위를 점하고 있는 탁월한 학자인 동시에 미국 최고의 지성인이다. 미국변호사협회 여성분과위원회 회장 및 미국로스쿨협회 회장을 역임한 로우드는 현재 스탠퍼드 법대 교수로 재직 중이다. 그녀는 스탠퍼드 윤리센터를 설립했을 뿐 아니라 남녀 성차 연구를 위한 미셸 클레이먼 인스티튜트를 이끈 적도 있으며, 클린턴 행정부에서는 하원 법사위원회 소수민족 선임자문관으로 봉직했다.

Barbara Kellerman is Research Director of the Center for Public Leadership and Lecturer in Public Policy at Harvard Universitys Kennedy School of Government. She served as the Center's Executive Director from 2000-2003. Kellerman has held professorships at Fordham, Tufts, Fairleigh Dickinson, George Washington, and Uppsala Universities. She also served as Dean of Graduate Studies and Research at Fairleigh Dickinson, and as Director of the Center for the Advanced Study of Leadership at the Academy of Leadership at the University of Maryland. She was awarded a Danforth Fellowship and three Fulbright fellowships. At Uppsala (1996-97), she held the Fulbright Chair in American Studies. Kellerman is author and editor of many books. She appears often on media outlets such as CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN, NPR, and BBC Radio; and she has contributed articles and reviews to, among others, the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Boston Globe, the Los Angeles Times, and the Harvard Business Review.
