생물학 교수이자 해부학 교육 전문가. 의학 및 보건 교육에 대한 깊은 이해와 열정으로 20년 넘게 매년 수백 명의 학생을 지도해왔다. 위스콘신대학교 의과대학에서 생물학 박사 학위를 받았고, 세포 및 분자 수준에서 심장 발달을 연구한 박사 논문으로 미국심장협회와 미국국립보건원에서 연구상을 수상했다. 현재 스티븐에프오스틴주립대학교(SFA) 생물학과 부교수이자, 예비보건 전문직 교육 프로그램 책임자로 재직하고 있다. 저자의 강의는 학생들 사이에서 꾸준히 훌륭하다는 평가를 받아왔고, 그에게 지도를 받은 수많은 졸업생이 오늘날 미국 의료·보건 현장에서 활약하고 있다. 해부학 교육에 대한
