Looking at the application, notice how we had to merge the MenuItems collections of the two extra menus rather than just the menus, to include the 'MM' items at the top level. Also notice the order in which they are merged. When creating the two extra MainMenu objects using the IDE we set the MergeOrder of MM1_X to 5, 15 and 25, while we set the MergeOrder of MM2_X to 10, 20 and 30. Consequently the menu items have been interleaved.
