스물다섯 살에 죽기 전에 해 보고 싶은 꿈목록을 작성한 후, 80개국에서 73개의 꿈에 도전하며 살아왔다. 2010년에 출간한 첫 번째 책 『멈추지 마, 다시 꿈부터 써봐』를 시작으로 꿈, 사랑, 행복을 담은 여러 저서들을 통해 50만 명의 독자들을 만났다.
