중고등학교 학생들에게 과학과 농업을 가르치고 있다. 1984년 독일제 현미경으로 식물세포를 처음 보고 미시 세계의 매력에 빠졌다. 1988년 주사전자현미경을 접한 이후로 일생의 무수한 날들을 현미경과 함께 보냈다. 2013년 박사논문에서 전자현미경으로 광합성에 미치는 광량의 영향과 식물의 기공을 통한 호흡을 관찰하고 이에 대하여 논하였다. 2024년 5월 스마트폰으로 사진을 시작하면서 눈으로 보이지 않는 마이크로 세계를 사람들에게 사진으로 보여주고자 노력하고 있다. 이 사진집을 통해 여러분들이 마이크로 사진 세계를 이해하고 나아가 자연의 신비와 아름다움에 매료되기를 희망하고 있다

I teach science and agriculture to middle and high school students. I first saw plant cells with a German microscope in 1984 and was fascinated by the microscopic world. Since I encountered a scanning electron microscope in 1988, I have spent countless days of my life with a microscope. In my doctoral thesis in 2013, I observed and discussed the effect of light on photosynthesis and respiration through stomata in plants using an electron microscope. Since I started taking pictures with a smartphone in May 2024, I have been trying to show people the microscopic world that cannot be seen with the naked eye through pictures. Through this photo book, I hope that you will understand the world of microphotography and be fascinated by the mystery and beauty of nature.
