1. 내 안의 주인공과 마주하기: 우리에게는 만물만생과 연결되어 있는 모든 생명의 뿌리인 주인공이 있습니다. 삶의 모든 인연을 그곳에 다시 놓아주십시오. 나를 고집하는 마음을 비우고 근본에 맡기는 순간, 구속 없는 자유가 시작됩니다.
2. 일상이라는 이름의 수행처: 수행은 특별한 곳에 있지 않습니다. 특별한 수행법을 따로 찾을 필요도 없습니다. 밥을 먹고, 일을 하고, 사람을 대하는 일상의 모든 순간이 곧 공부의 재료이며, 모두 소중한 수행입니다. 불어오는 바람을 붙잡지 않고 자연스레 스쳐 지나가도록 놔 버리듯이 생각의 흐름을 억지로 붙들지 않고 자연스럽게 흘려보내는 법을 알아보세요. 그것이 곧 소중한 보배, 지혜가 됩니다.
3. 마음의 진화와 더 높은 차원의 공생: 인류는 이제 물질적 풍요를 누리는 것에 머무르지 않고, 그것이 가지고 있는 물질적 한계를 넘어 마음과 정신의 차원을 높이는 진화를 이루어야 하는 때를 맞이하였습니다. 내면의 에너지를 깨워 우주의 섭리와 하나로 조화롭게 흘러갈 수 있게 될 때, 나를 넘어 이웃과 지구 전체, 세상 만물을 살리고 보듬는 진정한 사랑과 방생이 가능해집니다.

The Journey Toward a Liberated Life: Discover Three Essential Keys
1. Encountering our Inner True Nature
Each of us possesses the root of all life that connects us to all things. Seon Master Daehaeng calls this our foundation, the “true doer,” (Juingong in Korean). So this is where we need to return all the karmic connections of our life to. When we let go of the urge that insists on “I” and entrust everything to our foundation, a freedom without constraints begins.

2. Daily Life as a Place of Practice
Spiritual practice is not found in a special location, nor is there a need to seek out extraordinary methods. Every moment of daily life - eating, working, and interacting with others - is the material for study and a precious form of practice. Just as one lets a breeze pass by naturally, without trying to catch it, we need to learn how to let the flow of likes and dislikes, judgments, and desires pass by freely, without trying to cling to them.

3. The Evolution of Mind and Higher-Dimensional Working Together as the Interconnected One Whole
Humanity has reached the point where we must move beyond an ever-increasing focus on material abundance, and evolve our mental and spiritual dimensions. When we work at living in tune with our inner connection with the whole, we come realize that there is nothing that is not “me.” And as we evolve our understanding and application of this, we begin to apply the energy and wisdom of the whole to the people and situations we encounter. In so doing, as we become one with everything we encounter, our own spiritual dimension deepens and we are able to see farther and more inclusively, which in turn leads to broader and deeper application.
